Far infrared heating

Far infrared ceramics can emit more far infrared radiation than normal objects (infrared radiation rate is higher) as the main characteristic function. Using this special property, the application of far infrared ceramics is mainly divided into two aspects: the application of high temperature area and the application of normal temperature area. In high temperature area is mainly used in boiler heating, baking paint, wood, food heating and drying, etc.; In the room temperature area is mainly used in the manufacture of a variety of far infrared thermal materials, such as far infrared ceramic powder, far infrared ceramic fiber, far infrared ceramic polyester, and far infrared functional ceramics. For example, some far-infrared ceramic materials have begun to be used in sports training rehabilitation, fuel oil stove energy saving, indoor air purification and human health care. Infrared radiation of fuel oil by using far-infrared ceramic material can reduce the viscosity and surface tension of fuel oil, which is conducive to atomization and full combustion. The CIM (Ceramic Colloidal Injection Molding Process) far infrared ceramic material developed by Professor Yang Jinlong of Tsinghua University can be made into 2-3mm diameter microbeads, which are used for infrared health care products of contact type human body. Using the far infrared ceramic made of honeycomb, mesh or tubular parts, used in fuel cars, ships, cooking stoves, the energy saving effect can reach more than 5%, to reduce fuel pollution has a certain significance. Far-infrared ceramic coating (including nano titanium oxide coating) with catalytic oxidation function, in the sun (especially ultraviolet) irradiation, the generation of hydroxide ions, can effectively remove indoor benzene, formaldehyde, sulfide, ammonia and odor substances, and has the sterilization function. Various kinds of far-infrared ceramic coatings will improve people's living environment when they are popularized and applied in rooms, public buildings and vehicles.
